Can additional information be requested?
Yes. TurboSwap applies transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and anti-money-laundering procedures. An exchange may be suspended and additional information may be requested in certain circumstances.
Can this website override a compliance decision?
No. Compliance decisions relating to an exchange are handled by the third party provider. We cannot bypass, disable or override the third party provider's compliance procedures.
What happens if an exchange is suspended?
Follow the instructions shown on your order and communicate only through TurboSwap's official support or compliance channels.
